It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our Websites https://cohelping.com, and Apps, and other sites and services we own and operate. This Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) exists to be as clear and straightforward as possible, because we know that you (“you,” “user,” “site user,” or “valued user”) care about how information you provide to us is used and shared. 1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Apps, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the App (such as posting messages in our online forums or entering competitions, contests or giveaways) or otherwise contacting us.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the App, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can include the following:

Name and Contact Data. We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.


USAGE DATA 

In Short: Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit our Apps.

3. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), Kooati Connects legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

Cohelping may process your Personal Data because:

  • We need to perform a contract with you
  • You have given us permission to do so
  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights
  • For payment processing purposes
  • To comply with the law


4. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

We may process or share data based on the following legal basis:

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.


RETENTION DATA

Cohelping will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this Privacy Policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year past the termination of the user’s account.


When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

 

Cohelping will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

 

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

ACCOUNT VERIFICATION 

  1. BankID. When creating an account you have to verify yourself with your BankID. We may share your personal information with our verification partners, such as BankID in Sweden when you verify your account. Please contact Finansiell ID-Teknik BID AB (BankID) via their website https://www.bankid.com or your bank  for questions about how they may use your information, to verify your account. 
  2. Identification card (“ID”). When creating an account you have to verify yourself with your ID such as a passport, driver’s license, national ID card or visa). We only collect your personal information to meet our obligations under the Swedish laws. This personal information consists of, and is limited to:  your name, your date of birth, the photograph appearing on your photo ID. 


BankID and ID card verification is mandatory for the use of our Services to  protect users and make it harder for users to create fraudulent profiles on the platform.


ACCOUNT INFORMATION 

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

  • Log into your account settings and update your user account.
  • Contact us using the contact information provided.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms and/or comply with legal requirements.

Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account. To otherwise opt-out, you may:

  • Access your account settings and update preferences.
  • Contact us using the contact information provided.

 

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.


9. WHAT SERVICE PROVIDER DO YOU USE?

In Short: We use Analytics, Google Analytics, Behavioral remarketing, Facebook and links to third party sites. 


We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.


ANALYTICS

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service.


GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.
